Guests have full private access to all areas of the house: One large area that serves as kitchen, living room and dining area, plus two bedrooms.
There is also ample parking space in front of the building entrance, so you won't have any problems with parking space.
If you have any special requests—like checking internet speed, need help with your luggage or need advice on planning your trip —just let us know. We want you to make the most of your stay at our place. -
The attic is accessible via a staircase, and there is no lift available. You will have to climb 3 floors from the parking lot to reach the apartment.

If booking 31 or more days before arrival:
First payment: 50% of total amount upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.
Final payment: the remaining 50% plus a 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking 30 or fewer days before arrival:
First & Final payment: 100% of total amount + 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
