The bedroom is in a shared apartment, which contains 3 bedrooms in total.
The bedroom is small and simple, yet comfortable and bright. We have equipped it with all the amenities you'll need to have a comfortable stay: Ensuite bathroom, 2 single beds, plenty of storage space and AC. It also includes a desk and chair, suitable for office work. It has access to a shared balcony. It is separated from the shared spaces by a door with a lock, so you are guaranteed your privacy.
The kitchen/dining area and living room are shared spaces, but have been designed to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

You will have full private access to the bedroom. The common spaces, where you may meet other guests, are (a) the kitchen/dining area/living room and (b) the balcony and patio.
The apartment can be accessed via staircase or path:
The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by stairs from the parking area (around 30 steps).
If you prefer to avoid the steps, there is a path that leads up the hill and into the patio, which you can then cross to enter the apartment. In that scenario, there is only one small step.

Planes start after 8.00 am and stop soon after midnight.

If booking 45 or more days before arrival:
First payment: 50% of total amount is charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.
Final payment: the remaining 50% will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.
If booking 44 or fewer days before arrival:
First & Final payment: 100% of total amount will be charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Damage Deposit
To finalize your reservation, we use the Swikly.com security deposit service, which allows you to secure your deposit online with a credit card imprint, without requiring prepayment. A few days before your arrival, you'll receive an email inviting you to secure your deposit in just a few clicks. Please note that this is not a payment: no amount will be charged, and no funds will be held in your bank account. The deposit will be automatically cancelled a few days after your departure if no damages are found.

The keys to the apartment will be left inside a lockbox, just outside the apartment door. We share the code prior to check-in, so you can enter the apartment without our presence.
