The bedroom is in a shared apartment, which contains 2 bedrooms in total.
The bedroom is small and simple, yet comfortable and bright. We have equipped it with all the amenities you'll need to have a comfortable stay: Ensuite bathroom, dedicated working space, plenty of storage space and AC. It is separated from the shared spaces by a door with a lock, so you are guaranteed your privacy.
The kitchen/dining area and living room are shared spaces, but have been designed to accommodate 4 people comfortably. -
The spaces to which you will have full private access are (a) the bedroom and (b) a full bathroom with a shower.
The common spaces, where you may meet other guests, are (a) the kitchen/dining area and (b) the living room, both of which are in the same space. -
There is some potential for noise:
The airport is less than 1km away, so you will hear planes landing and taking off
Planes start after 8.00 am and stop soon after midnight.

First payment: 50% of total amount upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.
Final payment: the remaining 50% plus a 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking 30 or fewer days before arrival:
First & Final payment: 100% of total amount + 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

The property accommodates up to 2 guests. No unregistered guests allowed.
Quiet hours: 15.00 - 17.30 and 23.30 - 7.00 (per local regulations).

No parties or events.
Turn off A/C or heating when leaving the property.
Greece experiences water shortages; please use water responsibly.
Do not flush paper towels, sanitary products, or wipes down the toilet. Use the provided bin.
