The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring three bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with two single beds —all equipped with ergonomic mattresses, private balcony access and ample storage space. There are two levels to this apartment. The first floor living room is cozy, with a three-seater sofa, two-seater sofa and an armchair, as well as a smart TV for entertainment. The first floor includes two bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds), a WC, a large balcony with outdoor furniture and a fully stocked kitchen with an oven, hot plates, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, and more, making it ideal for preparing meals. The second floor includes the third bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom and an extra living room (with a sofa-bed for the 7th guest) and dining area.
Outside, the balconies are perfect for dining or relaxing, while the garden features swings for children, a shared swimming pool and a shared BBQ area for gatherings.
The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a washing machine, ensuring convenience for longer stays. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, providing comfort year-round, and includes private parking on-site.

We are located in an area surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Located at the very center of the island, with easy access to both North and South Corfu. The neighbourhood includes a few houses with their own fenced gardens. It is generally quiet and pleasant in the summer, with lots of nature around. The nearest stores are about 1.5km away, near Corfu General Hospital.
Corfu Town Centre, Corfu Old Town and the airport are just 7km away. There are many activities nearby: Alykes beach is 1.4km away. Gouvia & Kontokali areas are about 1.5km away. There, you will find restaurants, Gouvia marina (2km from the apartment), a super market at 1.4km, Corfu General Hospital and pharmacies just 1.3km way.
A car is recommended and we can recommend local rental agencies.

We are only 1.3km away from the bus stop to and from Corfu town. Parking is available on the property, and we recommend you have your own transport (car or motorcycle) to move around the island freely.

First payment: 50% of total amount upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.
Final payment: the remaining 50% plus a 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking 30 or fewer days before arrival:
First & Final payment: 100% of total amount + 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
