Find peace in our 40 sq.m. studio apartment in Velonades, North Corfu,  3km away from Sidari and 40km from Corfu Town. Situated in an authentic village with its own Folklore Museum, it's an ideal spot for a summer retreat. Very accessible to tourist spots in North Corfu, the location is perfect for exploring the beauty of the island. Our studio apartment boasts a rustic, old-times feel, comfortable living space, lots of natural light, free parking and a small patio. Enjoy a calm and soothing stay amidst nature.

  • Welcome to our cozy village home in Velonades, Corfu! This charming 40 sq. m. space is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, offering a serene retreat surrounded by nature. The interior includes a compact kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room, and a bedroom. The living room is air-conditioned and efficiently cools the bedroom, while the kitchen is equipped with a ceiling fan. Mosquito nets on the windows and main entrance ensure your comfort.

    The house is quiet and private, featuring a beautiful garden and patio area. Tucked away from the main village road, it’s accessible via a small 50m path, offering a tranquil escape. The patio is perfect for enjoying the fresh air, with an outdoor dining table, a small BBQ (subject to local fire safety rules), and sun loungers to relax and take in the serene hill and forest views.

  • Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the garden and patio. The patio is equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and a small BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals or unwinding amidst nature.

    Free parking is available near the house, just a short walk from the main road. The home’s secluded setting ensures privacy and tranquility, making it a perfect retreat for a peaceful stay in North Corfu.

    Free parking available in front of the house. In case you have more than one cars, there is also free street parking - spots are always available.

Velonades is situated in the northern part of Corfu, not far from the popular tourist destination of Sidari  and bout a 40 minute-drive from Corfu Town.

Booking Information

  • If booking 31 or more days before arrival:

    • First payment: 50% of total amount upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.

    • Final payment: the remaining 50% plus a 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

    If booking 30 or fewer days before arrival:

    • First & Final payment: 100% of total amount + 150€ refundable security deposit will be charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

    During Your Stay

    • 2 guests maximum

    • No guests / visitors allowed

    • Quiet Hours 23.30 - 07.00

    • No parties or events allowed

    • No commercial photography/filming allowed

    • No smoking indoors

    • Do not throw any paper or other objects in the toilet. Use the bin next to it.

    • Turn off the water boiler when you do not need hot water for the shower.

    • 100% refund if you cancel 31 or more days before check-in date.

    • 50 % refund if you cancel 30-15 days before check-in date.

    • 0% refund if you cancel 14 or fewer days before check-in date.

    • In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

    • Self check-in, keys are inside a lockbox. We share instructions on how to find and open the lockbox.

    • We are available 9.00-23.00 via the app and usually respond within the hour. We also live nearby and will be happy to assist in person if needed.
