Each bedroom has its own dedicated workspace. There is ample storage space, TV, air conditioning in every room, and plenty of outdoor space with a balcony and a patio.

Guests have full private access to the apartment: One large area that serves as kitchen/dining area and living room, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, the outside patio and a balcony. The balcony is accessible via two of the bedrooms. The patio is right outside the kitchen, equipped with a large table and chairs for 6 guests, perfect for meals outside. There is free parking on the premises and on the street.

The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by stairs from the parking area (around 30 steps).
If you prefer to avoid the steps, there is a path that leads up the hill and into the patio, which you can then cross to enter the apartment. In that scenario, there is only one small step.

If booking 45 or more days before arrival:
First payment: 50% of total amount is charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of first payment.
Final payment: the remaining 50% will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.
If booking 44 or fewer days before arrival:
First & Final payment: 100% of total amount will be charged upon booking. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Damage Deposit
To finalize your reservation, we use the Swikly.com security deposit service, which allows you to secure your deposit online with a credit card imprint, without requiring prepayment. A few days before your arrival, you'll receive an email inviting you to secure your deposit in just a few clicks. Please note that this is not a payment: no amount will be charged, and no funds will be held in your bank account. The deposit will be automatically cancelled a few days after your departure if no damages are found.

The keys to the apartment will be left inside a lockbox, just outside the apartment door. We share the code prior to check-in, so you can enter the apartment without our presence.
